As a Service Technician for the organization, you will test, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of products in the service department.  You will be responsible for day to day receipt of material, communicating with program managers for clear direction, and managing timelines to maintain customer satisfaction.  You must comply with all Quality processes and procedures.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 3:45PM

The skills you need to succeed:

• Ability to solder electronics


• You will maintain service area so all returned units are accounted for and paperwork is complete and accurate.


• You will analyze and trend historical data for units returned previously or units with recurring failures.


• You will oversee repair activities and communicate cross-functionally to ensure repairs are planned/scheduled/completed to meet delivery requirements.


• Have the ability to perform in-process and or final assembly tests.


• Have experience with electronics assembly and repair


• Have experience with troubleshooting & problem-solving activities


• Good software abilities: MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook proficiency necessary.


• Ability to work with minimal assistance.


• Ability to work in a “Team” environment.


• Ability to work in environments experiencing routine and rapid change.


• You must be able to lift 30 to 35 lbs (2-3 times per hour).


• You must pass a pre-employment vision exam (all candidates must be able to accurately distinguish colors used to identify electronic components, indicators, and markings).


• You must pass a dexterity test, among others, at discretion of employer.

Education & experience of a successful candidate:

• High School or equivalent


• Technical certification or appropriate experience
