This role is a hands-on technical lead responsible for programming, operating, and supporting router equipment within a manufacturing environment. The Router Programmer/Technician/Operator serves as the first line of defense for mechanical and line-down issues, creates and maintains machine programs for new and existing products, and plays a critical role in line startups, product changeovers, and ongoing process optimization.

Hours: Friday – Sunday, 5AM – 6PM

Education and experience of a successful candidate:

• 2-year college degree in electronics or related field plus a minimum of 4 years direct experience, or 8+ years of direct experience in equivalent role.


• Certification(s) for electronic assembly equipment


• Trained in implementing lean manufacturing practices and /or trained in Six Sigma.
