This role is focused on applying and inspecting conformal coating on electro-mechanical assemblies to protect components from moisture, dust, and environmental exposure. The Conformal Coating Operator plays a critical role in ensuring product reliability by following precise work instructions, maintaining consistent coating quality, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:45PM 

The skills you need to succeed:

• You must be able to lift 30 to 35 lbs (2-3 times per hour).


• You must pass a pre-employment vision exam (all candidates must be able to accurately distinguish colors used to identify electronic components, indicators, and markings).


• You must pass a dexterity test among others at discretion of employer.


• You must have basic knowledge of computers.


• You must have the ability to work in a “Team” environment.

Education & experience of a successful candidate:

• High School or equivalent.
