Manufacturing Test Technician I (Night Shift)
The Manufacturing Test Technician role is centered on hands-on testing support in a production environment, requiring strong manual dexterity, visual accuracy, and teamwork. This position supports testing activities by handling components, following procedures, and working with basic computer systems to assist in test operations.
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4PM – 3AM
The skills you need to succeed:
- You must be able to lift 30 to 35 lbs (2-3 times per hour).
- You must pass a pre-employment vision exam (all candidates must be able to accurately distinguish colors used to identify electronic components, indicators, and markings).
- You must pass a dexterity test among others at discretion of employer.
- You must have basic knowledge of computers.
- You must have the ability to work in a “Team” environment.
- You must have the ability to read electrical schematics.
- You must have the ability to troubleshoot PCBs down to the component level.
Education & experience of a successful candidate:
- High School or equivalent.
