Mechanical Design Engineering Intern (Jan-Aug 2026)
As a Mechanical Design Engineering Intern, you will assist Senior Engineers in the design, test and development of assembly fixtures, test fixture, new products or product improvements.
In the role of Mechanical Design Engineering Intern:
- You will assemble electromechanical prototypes to print or as instructed by Sr. Engineers.
- You will perform feasibility and verification testing of prototypes.
- You will create test protocols and summary reports as instructed by Sr. Engineers.
- You will assist in developing product specifications based on customer requirements.
- You will assist in generating mechanical designs as part of a design team to meet specific product requirements.
- You will perform other engineering tasks as directed by management and Sr. Engineers.
The skills you need to succeed:
- You do not need experience in product development.
- You must have a hands-on practical problem solving and test experience background.
- You must possess good interpersonal skills and work in a team environment.
- You must be self-motivated with strong initiative to seek opportunities to contribute and learn.
- You must have strong organizational skills.
- You must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience Required:
- Declared Mechanical Engineering major with a minimum of 2 years completed course work.
- GPA: 3.0 minimum
