Manufacturing Test Technician – ICT Operator/Troubleshooter

This role is focused on operating, troubleshooting, and supporting In-Circuit Test (ICT) systems to verify the electrical performance and integrity of printed circuit board assemblies. The ICT Operator/Troubleshooter serves as a technical lead within the test department, ensuring accurate test execution, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement of test processes.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 3:45PM

The skills you need to succeed:

  • You must pass a pre-employment vision exam (all candidates must be able to accurately distinguish colors used to identify electronic components, indicators, and markings).
  • You must pass a dexterity test among others at discretion of employer.
  • You must have keen abilities to understand, analyze and draw conclusions from test results and present to management if required.
  • You must have experience in medical device manufacturing operations a plus.
  • You must have the ability to read electrical schematics.
  • You must have the ability to troubleshoot PCBs down to the component level.

Education & experience of a successful candidate:

  • 2- or 4-year College degree or have taken advanced certified courses or 4-6 years of appropriate work experience.
