Manufacturing Specialist – MTA Solder
This role is focused on manual soldering operations for MTA and similar electronic assemblies within an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. The MTA Solder Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality, reliable solder connections by following detailed work instructions, maintaining precision, and adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7AM – 3:45PM
The skills you need to succeed:
- You must be able to lift 30 to 35 lbs (2-3 times per hour).
- You must pass a pre-employment vision exam (all candidates must be able to accurately distinguish colors used to identify electronic components, indicators, and markings).
- You must pass a dexterity test among others at discretion of employer.
- You must have basic knowledge of computers.
- You must have the ability to work in a “Team” environment.
Education & experience of a successful candidate:
- High School or equivalent.
