Whether or not we develop the product from the very beginning, PCB assembly is at the core of what we provide to all of our customers. With smaller and smaller components being placed on circuit boards every year, we continue to re-invest in technology to support that migration. Solder paste application is absolutely critical to producing a high quality PCB assembly. Our 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) provides volumetric measurement of every paste application in real-time. From there, our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines are highly automated yet very flexible to manage both short-run prototype batches to volume production runs. After SMT, our 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) process is applied to 100% of the PCB assemblies to assure that all boards have been critically reviewed for acceptance to continue for downstream processes / system integration.
